    The Villa is situated on a typical Turkish style housing complex, so you can experience the true "ala turka" living experience. Your fellow residents are extremely friendly and helpful. The countryside is right on your doorstep and the beach is approx. 8 minutes walk away. You also have beautiful views of the Taurus Mountains. This is definitely a holiday with a difference.

    The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin upstairs and 2 sofa beds downstairs, This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The villa has 1 family bathroom and a separate WC for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool throughout those hot, sunny days and also doubles as heaters throughout the winter.

    To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and dishwasher. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and gas barbecue. Patio furniture & sunbeds are also available.  The villa also includes a safe facility.

This is a non-smoking villa inside, however smoking is permitted on the roof terrace & patio, pets are not welcome.

    The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, and panoramic sea views from the roof terrace.

    The villa is in easy reach of swimming – 8 mins walk from the beach or a couple of swimming pools within local hotels that can be used, providing drinks are bought.
